Our outdoor living solutions have grown recently as customer demands for all year round, innovative and interesting outdoor living and now with a greater emphasis on home working the all season garden room is an affordable luxury addition to your home that can be individually designed to fit any space.
Each of our garden rooms is unique to each client. Each build is bespoke.
We only build on site. All materials will be delivered to your home or workplace and manufactured in situ.

Once the initial enquiry has been made we will arrange a site visit to discuss layout, location and construction details and from this we will issue a set of concept sketches that capture your ideas, and once this is agreed we will then proceed to the design drawings that will set out dimensions and detailed construction layouts.
Outbuildings are considered permitted development so in the vast number of cases planning permission is not required but we can work with you in understanding any restrictions and ensure approvals are in place before any works commences (click on this link to the local authority planning guidelines).
There are no subcontracting the works or hidden omissions within our quotation. We do everything ourselves from groundworks through to decoration.

Our 3 base designs (Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3)
We designed three garden rooms as a starting point to give our Clients an indication of size, construction and configuration, along with an indicative cost plan.
These layouts generally work well as a basis of developing the concept designs that you want, and we adapt and alter to suit your requirements, the finished appearance that you want, and all importantly the budget that you want to work within.

The Outdoor Pergola Bar
These have proved hugely popular with people wanting to create some unique outdoor hospitality space that fits in perfectly with existing structures and features, and the addition of a fire pit and outdoor heating just enhances the outdoor experience.
